Our ambition is to create an experience that offers seasonal food from our Scanian and Scandinavian roots as well as the local flora and fauna, but also plenty of time and opportunity to relax and contemplate in beautiful surroundings - both before, during and after your meal.
Our tasting menu costs SEK 3,500 per guest. Beverage matching is also available, both non-alcoholic and alcoholic. Please note that we cannot cater for vegan/vegetarian options or menus without milk protein and eggs this season. Will be offered vegetarian menu from June - September.
A casual and more intimate food and wine bar complements the restaurant, serving seasonal light meals to the public and breakfast to hotel guests.
Open Monday - Sunday from 16.00. (Kitchen closes at 20.00).
Reservations: We keep most of our tables reserved for drop-in, but we do allocate some tables for reservations. Please note that VYN does not accept cash payment.
Next to our restaurant is a boutique hotel with 15 rooms that offer you the opportunity to spend a quiet night or two. To explore all that Österlen has to offer in peace and quiet. Or just to exhale and relax.

Our restaurant offers a secluded area in a private setting. The private room can accommodate 7-25 guests and is ideal for companies or groups looking to hold meetings, conferences, celebrations, family gatherings, events, tastings and more.
Two different menus are offered; a tasting menu - and a smaller seasonal menu.
