11-17 We welcome you to our shop at Svabesholms Kungsgård. The dairy Vita Geten is on site with us and offers samples of their wonderful cheeses.

11-17 Burgers and Bubbles is the theme for this weekend! In addition to the regular menu, we are launching a brand new burger with Granny Smith apple flavour and Lotus Boscoff. We serve Bubbel and a lovely selection of cold and hot drinks.

The farm also has a shop and studio.

13.30 - 14.00 Small cookery school in the kitchen garden where we share many tips and exciting recipes.

11-16 Spring fire in the vineyard. Open winery, visit the vineyard and taste our wines in the Champagne bar. Picnic in the vineyard, bring your own picnic basket and enjoy the view.

9-17 Self-serve knowledge in a beautiful and relaxing environment. Learn about bees, honey, the environment and biodiversity. Take our educational walk, watch a film or play a board game in the garden! See the bees up close through the glass of our observation hive and taste the honey they have collected.

In our farm shop, you'll find all our honey varieties and other goodies. There is also a small self-service café and ice cream. Sale of berries and vegetables from local colleagues.

11-17 Fresh artisan gelato made from the neighbour's milk. Flavours from Österlen such as aronia, blackcurrant, sea buckthorn, apple and blueberry. Premiere of our Taste Tray with several flavours. Moderate waffles with batters, lunch bowls, muffulettas and magic cookies. Shop with food from Österlen and our own products.

11-16 Visit our mustard knowledge centre. Taste our different mustard varieties. Make your own mustard, cost 50 SEK. Are you hungry? We grill sausages! New, pickled mustard seeds.

11-16 The wine bar is open. Here you can do a wine tasting with 4 wines from the vineyard or just have a glass and enjoy the view of the fields! We also serve simple dishes, a warm welcome!

13.00 We do a vineyard tour. Join us in the field and learn more about how we grow wine in Österlen. You will get to know Solaris, the green grape that thrives perfectly up here in a slightly cooler climate, but also see the cultivation of our blue grapes, Rondo and Cabernet Cortis. The vineyard tour is free of charge.

11-17 Café & Country Kitchen. Hot lunches, savoury sandwiches and homemade coffee.

11-17 Stop by our Tasting Shop and get hungry; spices, teas, aged soy sauces, fruity olive oils, Italian marmalades, Middle Eastern pickles, Dutch peanut butter and much more. Also take a look at our Big Green Egg showroom.

11-15 Catherine and Jan Ehrensvärd welcome you for a must & cider tasting of Tosterup's award-winning apple drinks. Take the opportunity to soak up the unique environment around the castle, the apple orchard and the barn where Kockarnas Kamp is filmed.

8-10 Breakfast buffet with local ingredients and products

11-21 The restaurant is open. Here you can try our "Österlentapas" - small dishes from Matrundan's food and drink producers. Try our beer tasting tray with beer from Utsikten brewery and some suitable snacks. We also serve wood-fired pizza, Indian food in Scanian and coffee! Relax in the garden's hammocks or play a game of boules next to our herb garden.

13 & 15: Conversation & discussion about small-scale farming and animal husbandry with Victor Lidberg from Lilla gården in Tryde. Jan and Lisa from Utsikten brewery are on site all day to talk beer.

12-16 We offer a delicious ramson risotto that tastes of Österlen.

12-23 You will find us in the restaurant in the centre of Kivik square. We are inspired by the Italian cuisine.

11-22 Try our products, in the farm shop you will find fresh lamb meat and freshly ground dinkel. Åsgårds new Gårdsgrill serves lamb kebab, grilled sourdough sandwich, lamb sausage with bread and several other options. The farm's own Dinkel beer made by Charlis Brygghus.

12- Åsgårds Gårds shop turns 15 years old. Charlotte shares exciting memories. Hoppborgar.net offers free jumping for everyone.

12-16 (drop-in) In our restaurant we serve our regular menu as well as a "Matrundan special" - Asparagus pizza in two different varieties that can be enjoyed with a good bubble or why not our own beer. The boules court will be open!

17-18 Wine Tasting. Here you will learn more about wine and from the starting process until it ends up in your glass. You will be guided in the art of wine tasting with well selected wines.

18-22 our restaurant "Bistro Petits Plats" is open. Here you can experience French flavours for the first time. Bookings can be made on our website www.ostangard.nu

11-16 In our cosy farm shop you can taste and buy artisan cheeses from Swedish farm dairies. We sell house-made cranberry crisp, home-made jams and other delicacies. Browse our small antiquarian bookshop with kitchen and garden literature and find nice kitchen gadgets in our flea market.

11-16. Sit down in the hall, greenhouse or garden and enjoy a bite to eat. We serve summery light meals, and tasty pastries with your coffee.

10 - 20 We sell fresh green and white asparagus from our own cultivation around Skillinge. To grow asparagus yourself we offer different varieties of asparagus plants.

12 - 20 We offer asparagus lunch, asparagus fika, asparagus grill, in different own ways.

11-16 We are open in our tap room where you are right in the heart of the brewery. Beer by the glass or tasting tray with 4 different beers and food, in collaboration with our neighbour Grisen & Draken. Sale of beer <3.5%. Other activities may be organised, see social media.

11-17 Drop in for your own chocolate tasting. Chocolate coffee and chocolate shopping in the shop.

11-17 In the greenhouse we serve Moose and game tacos in the company of vegan tacos. We offer a tasting of this year's new spice dip. Offering Swedish-grown green peas, Peas from Foodhills growers with samples. Sugar-free and vegan options in the fridge.

13.00- The most important pizza event of the year? Jimmie and Calle are baking pizza for as long as it lasts in aid of the Swedish Childhood Cancer Foundation. Make a donation and get a slice of pizza for your trouble. Two years in a row we have broken fundraising records and we hope to do so again this year. PLEASE NOTE!
