Olaols Gelato Österlen
Here at Olaols Gelato Österlen we make handmade Italian gelato with raw materials from Österlen. We collect the milk from our neighbor and pasteurize it ourselves. Organic and locally produced ingredients such as cream, aronia, apples, berries, rhubarb, saffron, algae, herbs from our own herb garden, walnuts from our own trees, locally produced honey, chocolate from Malmö Chokladfabrik but also some fine ingredients from Italy.
Just outside Gladsax is our café with plenty of seats inside and outside or in our orangery, dogs are welcome with us. In our well-preserved four-winged 19th century farmhouse, you can enjoy ice cream, waffles with rich scrambles or cream/jam/ice cream, coffee, tea and cold drinks. The café sells self-made ceramics and other craft products from Österlen.
