Briefly about me, Monica Persdotter.
Lives in Rörum on Österlen where I have my studio, workshop and exhibition.

I like to work with stoneware which is practical for utility products. I like to experiment with glazes and prefer to mix my own. I have conventional kilns and a reduction kiln. With my design and styling I want to create simple, beautiful objects, preferably utility objects in living materials.

In the fall of 2023, I started making ceramics for Daniel Berlin Restaurant Vyn. In this fantastic project, I've been able to go all out and use clays in different colors, often with raw surfaces. Ceramics that enhance the guest experience through contrasts. Black to white and rough to fine.
