Booking

Destination Österlen AB (hereinafter österlen.se) is responsible for the booking on this page. These supplementary travel conditions to SRF's conditions apply between österlen.se, Storgatan 25, 272 31 Simrishamn and you who yourself or through another enter into an agreement with the company as stated in the confirmation. The agreement applies to all types of products where österlen.se is the organizer unless otherwise stated.

If you book additional travel services for your trip or holiday via this link/these links, you are NOT covered by the rights applicable to package travel under Directive (EU) 2015/2302. Therefore, our company, österlen.se will not be responsible for the proper fulfillment of these additional travel services. In case of problems, please contact the relevant service provider.

However, if you book additional travel services via this link/these links within 24 hours of receiving confirmation of your booking from our company österlen.se, those travel services will form part of a linked travel arrangement. In such a case, österlen.se has, in accordance with EU law, a protection for the reimbursement of your payments to österlen.se for services not fulfilled as a result of österlen.se's insolvency. Please note that this does not mean a refund if the service provider concerned becomes insolvent.

PRICES
The prices in the price list are given in Swedish kronor unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to make changes due to price and exchange rate changes beyond our control after this date.

WHEN IS MY BOOKING BINDING?
The booking is valid for both österlen.se and you as soon as österlen.se has confirmed the booking and you have paid the agreed registration fee (or the full amount of the booking) within the agreed time.

WHAT, WHEN AND HOW DO I PAY?
Both by phone and online, according to the conditions at the time of booking, you pay only by swish and/or credit card. To protect and encrypt your credit card information as it passes through our system, we use "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) technology.

Please note that in the case of special rates and special offers, refunds are sometimes not possible. Please check the room and price details carefully before making your reservation.

CANCELLATION PROTECTION
In some cases, voluntary cancellation protection can be taken out for the booking. Compensation is paid if you are reasonably unable to complete your trip due to acute illness, accident or death of you, your travel companion or a close relative.

Close relative means the insured person's spouse, children, grandchildren, siblings, parents, grandparents, parents-in-law, a person with whom the insured person lives in a marriage-like relationship or a member of your travel party in your booking. Acute illness means an illness that you did not know, could not or should not have known would occur when you booked the trip. The incident must be supported by a valid medical certificate.

There are some exceptions when cancellation protection does not apply.

  • Cancellation cover cannot be taken out by groups of more than 9 people.
  • Cancellation cover can only be taken out at the time of booking.
  • Cancellation must be made no later than the day before the date of arrival. If canceled later, no refund will be given.
  • Cancellation cover is only valid when accompanied by a medical certificate and sent to us no later than five working days after cancellation. The medical certificate must be completed by a doctor affiliated with Försäkringskassan and the certificate must be certified with the doctor's name, contact telephone number and stamp. The medical certificate must state: date of examination, results of examination, diagnosis and that you are unable to travel.
  • In case of cancellation against cancellation insurance, the cancellation insurance will not be refunded.

WHAT WE DO NOT REPLACE

  • Acute exacerbation of an existing disease/chronic condition.
  • Examination, treatment and/or hospitalization that was planned before the trip was booked.
  • Planned surgeries and related diseases or medical conditions arising from them.

CANCELLATION COSTS
When cancellation insurance has not been taken out or does not apply. When booking with a combination of different product categories, the hardest cancellation and change rule always applies. If you want to review, change or cancel your booking, follow the instructions in the confirmation email. Please note that you may be charged for cancellation in accordance with the hotel's cancellation policy and no-show policy! We recommend that you read the hotel's terms and conditions carefully before making your reservation.

NOTE! For some events and for group bookings (over 9 people), special conditions for cancellation costs apply.

In case of cancellation or modification, the following fees apply unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation:

  • Cancellation and changes to hotels, hostels, guesthouses and bed and breakfasts only For room bookings, such as hotel rooms, that are not part of a package, cancellation must be made at least three days before arrival in order to receive a full refund, excluding any fees. If canceled later than three days before arrival, no refund will be given.
  • Cancellation and modification of packages, activities, arrangements, tickets, gift vouchers or transportation.

Cannot be cancelled or modified, unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation (cancellation and modification do not apply to certain offers or discounts).

NOTE! Cancellation via Callcenter must be done within our regular opening hours. Please note that your cancellation is not valid until you have received a written cancellation confirmation from österlen.se. If you are prevented at short notice and outside office hours, you can contact the property directly for possible cancellation, and you must then notify österlen.se on the next working day. Refunds cannot be guaranteed if the cancellation is made directly to the hotel. Please note that some discounts and offers cannot be changed or canceled. Refunds are not available in case of "no-show". See your booking confirmation received at the time of booking for more information about your reservation and your booking conditions.

Special conditions for events and group bookings (more than 9 people). When you want to cancel or change a group booking, the following applies unless otherwise specified in your booking information:

Cancellation of a group or part of a group

  • up to 35 days before arrival, the reservation can be canceled without charge.
  • later than 35 days before arrival, 50% of the last indicated booking value will be charged.
  • later than 21 days before arrival, 75% of the last indicated booking value will be charged.
  • later than 7 days before arrival, 100% of the last stated booking value will be charged.
  • cancellation protection, amendment, invoicing and cancellation fees are non-refundable.
  • If the trip cannot be used for reasons that are valid according to SRF's travel conditions, the entire booking amount will be refunded with a deduction of a cancellation fee of SEK 750 set by österlen.se.

CHANGE COSTS
150 SEK per booking and occasion. Please note that a change of arrival or departure date is considered a cancellation.

COMPLAINTS
Any complaints should be made to the person responsible for the product, such as the hotel manager/golf course manager etc. or his/her representative as soon as possible. If you do not receive a correction of the problems, please contact österlen.se by phone +46 722 33 77 94 or e-mail info@osterlen.se

The right of complaint is lost if you do not notify the product supplier on site. If you leave the accommodation, golf course or event without the organizer having had reasonable time to solve the problem, you lose your right to compensation. Any claims for compensation must be received by österlen.se in writing no later than 30 days after the end of the trip.

Online shop

General
To shop at Destination Österlen AB, you must be 18 years old or have parental consent. Items placed in the shopping cart are not reserved until you have completed the order and had it confirmed.

Minimum order value
The minimum order value is currently 100 kr.

Order
Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. In the confirmation, you will find all information about the products, price, billing and delivery address. If there is any information that is not correct in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately by e-mail info@osterlen.se.

Delivery
Our normal delivery times are 3-6 working days. Orders placed on the weekend will be sent on the following Monday at the earliest. All packages are delivered by Postnord. Free shipping within Sweden when you shop for at least SEK 599, otherwise SEK 49 per order.

If your package is lost during delivery
We at Destination Österlen AB are not responsible for if PostNord loses a package during delivery. In the unlikely event that this should happen, we will refund 30% of the order value to the customer as compensation.

Uncollected packages
Shipments that are returned to Destination Österlen AB are not the same as returns. We charge 299 SEK for unredeemed packages.

Prices
All prices in the shop are in SEK and include 25% VAT. We reserve for price changes caused by price change from supplier, misprint in the price list or inaccuracies in price due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.

Right of withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you receive the goods you have ordered.

When exercising your right of withdrawal
You must notify your withdrawal. The notice should be sent to info@osterlen.se
The notice should clearly state your name, address, email address, order number and the goods you are returning. You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within 14 days of the cancellation notice. You are responsible for return shipping (49 SEK). You are responsible for the delivery and condition of the products upon return. The products should therefore be sent well packaged and unused to Destination Österlen AB Storgatan 25, 272 31 Simrishamn. Include your contact details and order number. We will reimburse your product to the same account you specified when you placed your order.

Right of withdrawal from ticket purchases
The rules on the right of withdrawal in the Act (2005:59) on Distance Contracts and Contracts outside Business Premises (the Distance Contracts Act) do not apply to the purchase of event tickets. Once payment has been made, you are therefore bound by your purchase. However, you can cancel a booking until payment has been made.

The right of withdrawal does not apply
On our live sales via Instagram as this is considered a special order.
If it has been more than 14 days since you received your product.
If the product is not returned to us in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer.

Complaints
We always carry out a visual inspection of our products before they are dispatched. Should the product still be damaged when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with current consumer protection legislation, to remedy the defect free of charge. You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective product. The complaint should be sent to info@osterlen.se immediately after the defect is discovered.
When making a complaint, we follow the guidelines of the National Board for Consumer Complaints.

Limitation of liability
We do not accept any liability for indirect damage that may arise from the product. We are also not responsible for delays or errors resulting from circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeur). These circumstances can be, for example, labor conflict, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or no delivery from the supplier. Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product characteristics changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

We reserve the right to make typographical errors on this website and the final sale of products.
