THE FARM SHOP
In our farm shop you will find everything from our own organic spice blends and other products such as tea, essential oil and vinegar that are refined in our small spice factory. We have also gathered our local favorites from suppliers in our surroundings. Shop at the farm shop or in our online shop on the website at your convenience.
In the spring, you will find the plants in and outside our greenhouse that you need to create your very own herb garden. We are happy to guide you through the green choices of spices and medicinal herbs. In the summer we sell Swedish grown lavender plants.
Kaptenskans Glasshus is open in the summer, the house offers award-winning ice cream with exciting flavor combinations of the finest local ingredients imaginable.
KAPTENSKANS ICE CREAM HOUSE
The Captain is married to Captain Persåkre, together we have competed and created our own serving with the ambition to be unique. The ice cream house is open in the summer, here you will find our multiple award-winning ice cream based on the farm's own spices and the finest ingredients we can imagine. Our service is unique, the ice cream is served in home-made wafers, on porcelain or glass planks. We have won one gold and three bronze medals for our flavors.
The milk comes from the farmers J&J in Bussjö. The eggs come from Grandma's Happiness. We pasteurize the ingredients and flavor them with spices and local berries.
We cook the ice cream according to our own well-balanced recipes.
