Welcome to this personal retreat! In this beautiful place right on the edge of Österlen, where beds meet meadows and light meets breath, we gather to meet our inner strength in the retreat that I call My Inner Light. This is the fourth year I return to Bäddar & Ängar for another wonderful yoga retreat.
Bäddar & Ängar outside Tomelilla is a genuine gem, run by Gitte and her mother Anette. An oasis full of hospitality, peace and harmony. Charming rooms where flea market finds are mixed with modern design and a fantastic garden where the tranquility rests peacefully in the sunset over the plain.
The retreat is about being undemanding. We turn our gaze inwards to find new strength and inspiration, but also to trust the healing stillness and power of recovery. It will be a personal retreat with a focus on 'self-love', where socializing and hanging out with like-minded people is promised. Dynamic yoga is mixed with reflective writing exercises, breathing exercises, meditation and restorative yin yoga. The yoga is suitable for all levels with the possibility of modifications and adaptation to your own body.
We stay in the beautiful courtyard in cozy double rooms and all food is served here. We don't have to think about anything except enjoying the moment and completely relaxing - a peacefulness that creates calm and trust. There's a large outdoor jacuzzi for lovely baths and you can book a massage for those who want to pamper themselves a little more.

Magical food prepared by magical Lotta Sernerup
At a retreat, food is of course important. It should not be too light, not too heavy, not served too often or too rarely. It should be healthy food adapted for yoga and movement and it should be beautiful to look at.
Lyllos us! At my retreats, the best will provide the food. Well-known chefs who are also spiritual and food-loving, who know all about this with delicious and fresh food, inviting for both body, eye and taste buds. All food is of course vegetarian, light and adapted to yoga.
At Bäddar & Ängar the fantastic Lotta Sernerup will be responsible for the food, Lotta is known in Malmö from Lotta Love and Cafe Mellis. We love her food. Bon Apetit!

During your free time on Saturday, you can stay in the courtyard and soak in the jacuzzi, book a massage* or just take care of yourself. If you want to go on an excursion, there are many places of interest nearby.
*Massage is booked directly with masseur Evy on telephone 070-8503570, times are available on Saturday between 10.00-15.00. 60 min massage costs SEK 600.
