I "Janne's Music Story", the audience is taken on a journey that spans the entire history of modern Swedish music. It is a breathtaking journey from the pop bands of the 60s, via ABBA with Waterloo (50 years) and Ted Gärdestad to Björn J:son Lindh and the Electric Banana Band, as well as a whole host of original songs.
Janne Schaffer comes to Brantevik with a treasure trove of stories and lots of music.
He is joined by pianist and singer Mr Jonas Gideon.
With 54 years of experience as a studio musician, soloist and songwriter and highlights such as appearing on 69 of Ted Gärdestad's songs and 46 of ABBA's, Janne Schaffer has a musical history like few others. Remember also 'Waterloo', winner 50 years ago in Brighton. Janne Schaffer played in the Swedish Mello Orchestra, live of course, as it was in those days.
