A handful of farms between Grevlunda, Holmarna and Attusa, on the road between Vitaby and Onslunda, make up the village of Tåghusa. Here it is small-scale farmland that dominates, small patches of fields surrounded by stone fences, groves and bushes.
It is a particularly quiet and peaceful environment, where many horse enthusiasts have sought out and acquired a detached horse farm. The nearest major town with services is Vitaby. The nearest town with a school and even more services is S:t Olof a few kilometers southeast of Tåghusa.
There are bus connections from both towns. West of Tåghusa is the interesting bird sanctuary Gedingsmosse, where peat was once industrially mined.
