Tomelilla konsthall was built in 1965 and is housed in Tomelilla kulturhus. The art gallery consists of a large hall and three smaller exhibition rooms, where exhibitions with a wide variety are shown all year round. The ambition is for visitors to encounter different art forms, styles, techniques and expressions. Both contemporary and traditional art is exhibited. Since 2017 there is also an artist in residence attached to the gallery.

Alongside the exhibitions, there are educational activities to reach out to children and young people, including school tours and workshops. It is also possible to book private tours of the current exhibition.

Admission to all exhibitions at Tomelilla konsthall is free, based on a desire to spread and increase knowledge of contemporary art.
