Organic, locally produced, free of toxins and stress - good food is not good enough until it is good for everyone.
Maybe it's the proximity of rolling landscapes and frothing seas, maybe it's the burgeoning family trees of farmers. We don't know what the reason is, but where we come from, there is a concern for food and all those affected by it.
Our food philosophy is a patchwork of the best from our home, in short: the good things from Österlen. Here is a piece of it:
Vegetables
Root vegetables from Kåseberga, colorful and vitamin-rich from Ekogården in Kabusa, asparagus from Ingelstorp or tasty mushrooms from Torna Hällestad, to give a few examples. With us, you will always find fresh seasonal produce.
Eggs
On the farm Grandma's Happiness the chickens are happy; happy chickens produce good eggs. Grandma's happiness is the happiness of the chickens, you could say.
Bread
Loaves, franks, rolls, baguettes and crisps. We have deliciously fragrant bread for morning, afternoon and evening, straight from the bakery.
Meat
Free and healthy green pasture, in herd and in harmony, without stress and preventive medication. All our meat comes from farmers who care. It's the best way. For everyone, in every way
Cheese & charcuterie
Grafmans Goda, Per i Viken, Bondens bästa, Soldattorpets mejeri and Möllans ost. These are the names of some of our heroes in the deli counter.
Oil & Vinegar
We have both golden yellow and emerald green delights from local producers, but what would an oil collection be without the occasional Italian? In Sicily, ancient traditions of craftsmanship are combined with a strong sense of sustainability. We've brought some of that here.
Sweets
Chocolate from acclaimed manufacturers, such as Österlen's chocolate factory, or freshly baked cakes made by our own pastry chef, tried and tested favorites from Olof Viktors, and much more. Come in for a coffee! Or pick the basket full...
Snacks
We've got Friday treats for everyone: ice cream, kale chips, fruit chips, potato chips, popcorn (in various colors and flavors), burnt almonds, fudge, greens, cheese, charcuterie, chocolate (in cake or praline), nuts...

The shelves have something for everyone, or everything for those who like to browse!

That's what it might have sounded like if we could make philosophical history. Our passion is food, and everything to do with it. So where would we be without our own restaurant?
Our popular chefs prepare tasty lunches where all the ingredients have of course received our quality stamp. Everything is prepared from scratch, without additives as far as possible, locally produced and organic in the first place. For those who are hungry for coffee, there are fresh cakes, pastries and chocolate in the café. Everything good, all the way from grip to fork.
