Autumn and Österlen can be a bit gray, but it's the perfect time to seek the warmth of the kitchen and get inspired to eat more green!

In our courses we use the best vegetables and fruits that the season has to offer. We combine these with flavors from around the world, include unexpected ingredients and explore wonderfully tasty plant-based food!

  • Saturday 27 Jan: Workshop - Curious vegan (FEW SPACES AVAILABLE!)
  • Saturday 10 Feb: Workshop - Valentine's Day 5-course meal
  • Saturday 24 Feb: Workshop - Spice up your life (FEW SEATS AVAILABLE!)
  • Friday - Sunday, March 8-10: Long weekend with 2 cooking classes and 2 overnight stays.
  • Sunday April 21: Big Green Egg (BGE) course
  • Sunday 5 May: BGE course
  • Sunday 16 June: BGE course
  • Sunday 30 June: BGE course

You can also arrange a private course for your own party (minimum 7 and maximum 12 people) - perfect for corporate activities or private groups. Contact us to customize something fun!

Note! Isabel also offers lectures on green food and food photography. Send an email to discuss possibilities if you have an idea!

Price and registration:

  • Each course costs 1700 SEK per person (the long weekend of March 8-10 has a different price including three-course menu, 2 overnight stays, picnic and two courses).
  • Drinks during the course are not included and are ordered individually.
  • All courses can be combined with an overnight stay at our farm hotel at a special combination price.

What is included in the price?

  • You will cook with chef Isabel Brummer.
  • Delicious lunch and coffee at the beginning of the course (depending on the choice of course).
  • Each course ends with a shared meal of all the delicious food you have prepared.
  • Small groups of 7-12 people.
  • All courses are completely plant-based with no dietary restrictions.
  • Cooking includes the use of the Big Green Egg (weather dependent).
  • Many tips and tricks for easier and more beautiful cooking.
  • Digital recipe compendium at the end of the course.
