A small farm hotel with attention to detail. That's how we would describe Örum 119 if we were given just one sentence.

Here we bake the best sourdough pizza we can, develop craftsmanship in the ice cream workshop, redefine what a long breakfast can mean and fill our garden shop with care. All in an atmosphere perhaps best described as understated luxury.

Our rooms are simple and sparsely decorated with the highest quality materials. Downstairs, the smell of breakfast delicacies and freshly brewed coffee mingle. Enjoy an extra cup in the garden or orangery.

On Sundays during spring and fall, we serve a long breakfast. For a couple of hours, we take you on a culinary journey through Österlen with freshly baked scones and homemade marmalade, filbunke from Vitaby Kyrkby Dairy, charcuterie from Södra Kompaniet, cheeses from Vilhelmsdals Gårdsmejeri and ice cream from our own ice cream workshop Frusen Glädje. In other words, the best the region has to offer, prepared with care.

"Age quod agis". A simple philosophy that has been our guiding principle since the first pizza was baked in the wood-fired oven at Örum. We hardly dare repeat what is now starting to feel like a tired sentence, but here it really is about raw materials, raw materials, raw materials. There are not many other ways to go if you want to bake a good pizza. Fresh artisan ice cream and ice cream desserts from our ice cream workshop Frusen Glädje and a lot more. Munch in the café, the garden or the orangery.

Norrgavelhuset is designed by Nirvan Richter, who has created an environment tailored for good conversation. Here you can hold company meetings for up to 14 people for those who prefer to gather the management team "at home in the kitchen". The house can also be rented for vacation stays per day or week.

Our hope is to offer a place that is as much a destination as a starting point. Welcome to the site.
