3 sailing ships in Österlen

In Österlen we have four beautiful sailing ships. Join us in sailing and discover the Österlen coast from a new perspective.

Klara Marie - Skepp O'Skoj with you and your parents. Every Sunday between 10-12.30 we do Family Sailing where you get to help hoist all the sails, learn to tie knots in our little knot school, you get to answer tricky questions and win nice prizes, you get to steer the ship according to the captain's course and get a nice diploma, and have Skepp O'Skoj with everyone on board. Every week during high season we also sail out for a few hours on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Feel free to bring your own picnic basket.

Sarpen - We offer sailing trips for children, young people and adults; both short day trips with a pirate theme, evening trips along the Simrishamn coast and longer school sailing trips.

Hoppet - Sailing a ship is a unique experience. You travel without any sounds other than those of wind and waves, with the white sail mass floating above you and see the beautiful coast of Österlen pass by. If you want to help set the sails, sail or stand at the helm, you can do so without being an experienced sailor. The sailing trips vary in length and focus. They can last a few hours along the coast - Österlen is beautiful even from the sea...

The sailing ship Klara Marie at Skillinge

1. the schooner Klara Marie, the pride of Skillinges

Today, Klara Marie is unique in its kind, the only remaining ship of this type of Baltic Sea cutter. This makes her a cultural and maritime historical valuable and living memorial. An ornament for Skillinge and a tourist attraction.

2. Galeasen Sarpen, Simrishamn

The sailing ship Sarpen is a cultural treasure run by the Simrishamn Scout Association. We offer sailings for children, young people and adults; both short day trips with a pirate theme, evening trips along the Simrishamn coast and longer school sailings. The ship is a galley-rigged ship built in 1892 in Nykøping-Falster in Denmark. The activities are run entirely on a voluntary basis by the scouts and there is a support association, Vår Skuta. Join us on Sarpen - as a guest sailor on board, as an active member of the crew or as a member of Vår Skuta!

3. The Hunting Jump of Brantevik

From mid-May to the end of September, the Hoppet sails mainly in the southern Baltic Sea. Sailings last from a few hours to several days.

We offer a regular sailing program every summer, where anyone can participate without having any sailing experience.

Outside this sailing program, Hoppet can be booked for sailing by companies or private groups, who then have the entire ship at their disposal. We customize the sailing according to the group's wishes.
