On Sunday, April 7, Tomas Gustavsson will make a guest appearance in our breakfast kitchen.
It was somewhere around 2018 that we first began to define our version of the "long breakfast" phenomenon, which has since become a two-hour quiet moment on Sunday morning in the hotel's dining room overlooking the northeast in the morning sun. Our guests are served a multi-course menu with local ingredients, seasonal goodies and long-distance friends' finest, while Pia and Co. fill glasses and cups, take care of things and are on hand. You are offered a pre-drink and a snack to go with it. Then a breakfast parade with Tomas's signature begins.
