In the middle of the fantastic nature of Österlen you will find Svabesholms Kungsgård. Our meeting place offers good food, accommodation, shopping, animals and country life. With us you can enjoy being in one of Sweden's most beautiful places - a piece of magic in Österlen!
Our idea is based on the genuine meeting between the visitor and the farm's genuine environment and its surrounding nature. The range of experiences is multifaceted. Simply enjoying yourself can also be an equally powerful experience. Our motto is that nothing is impossible and that your stay on the farm will be a memory for life. We will guide you to your best experience!
In the old carriage house on the farm, we have set up a Café and Country Kitchen where we offer fresh, clean ingredients from the region. Most of the vegetables, eggs and meat we get from our own and neighboring farms. We focus on home baking and cooking from scratch as far as possible. The food is rural and rustic, ranging from Swedish home cooking to Mediterranean-inspired dishes. We have a well-stocked cake counter and serve barista coffee from Italian Fogarolli. We offer home-baked goods according to the season and in the refrigerated counter we have a wonderful range of refreshing drinks from Kiviks Musteri. Lactose- and gluten-free options are always available.
To feel like a personal guest when you go away is what we all want and precisely to achieve this, the farm's accommodation has been created to get the feeling of a home rather than a hotel. Svabesholm has 7 rooms with a total of 23 beds. The rooms are inspired and colored after our beautiful nature around us. Here are Ljungheden, Blomsterängen, Fruktskogen, Sandstranden and Hästhagen. We have double rooms and family rooms and you can rent the entire Mangårdsbyggnaden by the day or by the week for an entire party. As a resident guest in one of the farm's room options, you have access to the kitchen's fridge, freezer and microwave as well as the Mangårdsbyggnad's social areas. We also own Pensionat Stenshuvud, which is a two-minute walk from the farm and can offer 23 beds in 8 rooms.
At Svabesholm, you can hold a conference in peace and quiet, in small groups or large parties. We have meeting rooms for 4 people up to 70 people. The surroundings with its nature create a close and multifaceted range of energy-generating activities. Here you will enjoy the scenic coastline with beautiful beaches, coastal mountains with viewpoints, and a rich animal and plant life. Go for a brisk walk, cycle, join a guided tour, sit down and enjoy the serenity of a beautiful place.
Our arrangement is based on you having the opportunity to enjoy and socialize with your guests and that they get to know each other during the day. Since you rent the entire farm, it is easier for you and your guests to relax and enjoy being in one of Sweden's most beautiful places! Our party room is bright with a rural atmosphere, ready to be decorated according to your wishes. We offer space for 100 seated guests and you choose how it should look. At Kungsgården there is a well-equipped preparation kitchen with fridge, dishwasher and hot air oven adjacent to the venue. At Svabesholms Kungsgård you will not only find good food but a lot of other things too! On part of the farm we have stables, a riding hall and an outdoor riding arena where our and other people's horses are trained and taken care of. We also have our own riding surface High Tide System, www.hightidesystem.se. The farm is growing and developing all the time!

THE ENGLISH GARDEN
The English Garden is a charming visitor's garden and plant shop located behind our Manor House, landscaped with inspiration from England. The garden was awarded the Municipality of Simrishamn's Architecture Prize in 2016. Entrance fee 60 SEK. As a resident of the farm, you get a discount on the entrance fee. The garden's opening hours are Tuesday to Sunday 11-17 between April 27 and October 3, 2021. Mondays closed. It is possible to combine your party at Svabesholm with a tour and mingle in the garden.

PRYLBYRÅN
Prylbyrån is the small personalized reuse shop in Österlen. Here you can find everything from the table you have been looking for for a long time to the small interior detail that makes that little extra. You will find everything from a little more modern gadgets to vintage, retro and a little antique. We do not want to call ourselves a flea market, but still hope that you can make great bargains here with us.

ORIENTAL VINTAGE
In my shop and showroom you will find sensual beautiful clothes in soft luxurious materials. Old and new silk fabrics and decors get new life in my kaftans, dresses and kimonos... I work closely with my tailors in India where I am inspired by the bustling street life and the wonderful colors. Here you will also find handmade unique jewelry, antique kimonos from Japan, sun hats from Central America, pillows, bags, bedspreads, tablecloths and more.

THE FARMER'S PANTRY
Welcome to Bondens Skafferi Butik! A shop where we collect products from our Scanian food heroes. 4 meters manual delicacy counter with fresh beef, pork, lamb, poultry, cheese and charcuterie. We serve the day's harvest of vegetables daily and offer a wide range of exciting dry goods, drinks and more. We work with local producers and ingredients and always follow the Swedish season. With us you will find everything you could wish for to create pleasant food memories!
