From Granelund farm you can see the bay of Hanö, and it is close to the church village of Södra Mellby, Stenshuvud National Park and the fishing village of Kivik. The farm is used for grain cultivation and wine growing - Mellby nr 5 Vingård - with production of white, still and sparkling wine.
Svinahuset with 60 m2 has up to 7 beds, a beautifully decorated open plan apartment with a sleeping loft. The kitchen area is well-equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher. Wood stove for extra comfort. Private patio with sun umbrella and barbecue.
The 50 m2 bridge house has 2+2 beds, a separate bedroom with a double bed and two more beds in the living room sofa bed. Genuine brewhouse kitchen with hotplate, microwave oven and small refrigerator, freezer compartment is in the adjacent room. In Brygghuset everything is on the ground floor, the patios are two, for optimal sunlight both morning and evening. Wood stove for cozy evenings indoors.
Rental 15 May - 15 October. Final cleaning, bed linen and towels are always included in Brygghuset and Svinahuset. The accommodation is non-smoking and pet-free. Move-in from 17.00 on moving-in day, move-out 11.00 on moving-out day.
In high summer (weeks 27-33) only full weeks.
Svinahuset SEK 10,600 per week, exchange day Sunday.
Brygghuset 8000 kr, exchange day Saturday.
Other weeks rental Thursday - Sunday (3 nights) or Sunday - Thursday (4 nights) in both accommodations.
Svinahuset 5500 SEK, Thursday - Sunday / Sunday - Thursday.
Brygghuset 4000 SEK, Thursday - Sunday / Sunday - Thursday.
