When you land in clarity about your truth, a sense of peace, flow and playfulness naturally arises in both body and mind.
Non-duality retreats with Navid often lead to both deep insights and major shifts in perspective. The methods used are active meditations, simple perspective exercises, breathwork, eye-gazing and direct guidance and transmission from Navid.

20:00 gathering, Non-duality + Music meditation session yoga room (Navid)
Saturday
7.30-9.00 Light Breakfast (Silence)
9.00 Active Meditation and Breathing Exercises in the yoga room (Navid)
13.00 Lunch
14.30 Yoga in the yoga room (not Navid) - Navid finishes the class with guidance during Shavasana 15 minutes.
18:00 Dinner
19:00 Meet in Non-duality in the yoga room (Navid)
20:00 onwards, Free activities, Jacuzzi or possible fire ceremony.
Sunday
8.00 Tea and fruit
8.30 Integration and self-exercise - session in the yoga room
11.00 brunch
kl. 12.00 session - rounding off
13.30 Group picture ending
Different ticket prices:
- Single room, if you want to sleep alone - 5000 SEK (3 available!)
- Small double room, if you want to share a room - 4200 SEK (6 tickets available!)
- Larger double room, if you can share a room but want more space - 4500 SEK (6 tickets available!).
This is included in the price:
- Sessions with Navid and other practitioners
- Overnight stay in a room at Bäddar & Ängar. Made bed in cozy bedding from AB Småland, towels, toilet and shower in all rooms.
- Dinner x 2, Lunch x 1, Breakfast x 2 and brunch x 1.
- Yoga mats, bolsters, blankets are available with us.
Please bring your own indoor shoes and water bottle/thermos bottle.
