It might be difficult to relax and find peace in todays day to day life. With a lot of different teachings and spiritual practices it may be overwhelming to know what to do. This is a down to earth, grounded retreat offering you to feel what works for you in order to relax your nervous system, understand more of our own nature and embrace the human experience.
The movement of relaxing into the depth of ourself is something that automatically can happen when we create time and a space for that to happen – that could also be called natural meditation.
This can be accompanied with music, body care, sound, breath etc., which we will deepen our experience into during the retreat.
Together we will explore the being of our existence. We want to explore why things may be the way they are inside of us, and different tools we can use to help and accept ourselves.
