Gnalöv belongs to Bolshög parish, but it is Ö. Nöbbelöv church you see when you stand in the middle of Gnalöv. The village is elongated, but has its greatest concentration where the road Gnalöv-Bolshög meets the road Gislöv-Gislingabro.
The surroundings are rolling agricultural countryside. There are a number of small active businesses here. In the northern parts of the village, down towards the meandering course of the Tommarpsån river, there are plenty of ancient remains.
The nearest major towns are Simrishamn and Skillinge. Bus connections are available from both Gislöv which Vranarp.
