Härden Matstudio is located in the small village of Hannas in the heart of Österlen and is originally an old school from the late 19th century. Surrounded by the beautiful fields and between Hammenhög and Glemmingebro right next to Hanna's beautiful church from the 12th century, from Easter this year you can be offered solid food in a lovely home environment.
In the large charming kitchen and during the summer also on the cosy outdoor terrace with a large open grill, the hosts offer dinners with accompanying drink packages. By inviting a maximum of 20 pre-booked guests with only one seating per evening, guests have time to land, meet and enjoy in a warm, relaxed home environment with a close personal service. It will be a full evening with a direct contact with the chef, i.e. the host, where you are taken on his gastronomic journey where nothing has been left to chance.
The menus are constantly changing and a fixed menu with accompanying drink packages is set for each evening. Always with a vegetarian and non-alcoholic option that follows the season, supply and the chef's mood with local and organic ingredients as much as possible. Collaboration with local producers and favouring the region is a matter of course.
Almost all the food is cooked over an open fire on the large outdoor grill adjacent to the summer terrace. You can book a "Chefs table" for two and get even closer to the chef and his work over the fire.

Offered off-season during weekends which we advertise on the website and social media.
If you want to cook in a closed group and then enjoy the food together in our kitchen, you can book a cookery course.

We are a couple originally from Stockholm who run Härden Matstudio together since autumn -21 and only at Easter this year it is finally the premiere of our home evenings at Härden. Torkel is an experienced chef with a long track record from Stockholm restaurants and also has extensive experience in catering of all kinds. Linda comes from the entertainment industry and is used to many balls in the air. She ensures that there is always a nice and cosy atmosphere and environment at Härden.
