Olof Viktor's shop and café offers more than just coffee - they deliver a flavour experience every day, all year round. Here you can enjoy delicacies such as mini princesses, buttery croissants, seven kinds of cakes and magical sandwiches. Their carrot cake is said to be the best in the country, thanks to its smooth frosting and delicious ingredients, as well as being big enough to share.
The shop sells a wide range of breads, rolls, crispbreads and pastries. It also sells artisanal products such as marmalade, juices, crusts and sourdough starters, as well as books by Jan Hedh.
Franskans in Rörum offers rustic country romance in Österlen. Galettes and crêpes are served with care and quality, both sweet and savoury. All galettes are gluten and lactose free, and there are vegetarian and vegan options. Local ingredients are used as much as possible.

Coffee + Bulle = Fika The coffee beans are roasted by Gringo. The buns are baked in the small farm bakery. We boil our own juice and combine pastries with ice cream from our ice cream parlour Frusen Glädje. Can a cup of hot chocolate be worth a detour? A few years ago we visited La Vina in San Sebastian, where we found inspiration for a Burnt Basque Cheesecake that is now always on the menu.
