New to the Big Green Egg? we provide courses for you!

Are you curious about what you can actually do with a Big Green Egg? Clearly, there's a lot more to it than just grilling... Come to a course and we'll show you the different techniques and possibilities!
We talk, and not least try our hand at managing and using the Big Green Egg (BGE) all year round.

We'll talk about charcoal, smoking chips, starting up, lighting, different cooking techniques, give a bunch of tips and of course finish the BGE. A great introduction to build on for new food adventures!

With the help of recipes, techniques and various accessories, you will gain a better understanding of how you can really maximise the use of the BGE and make delicious food! It doesn't have to be particularly difficult or require expensive ingredients to make something taste divine in the Big Green Egg. We will try smoking, baking, grilling and steaming on the BGE.

Of course, it includes a good meal of what we create together at Big Green Egg.

In the Big Green Egg courses, we will mix a lot of vegetables with some meat and fish.

The maximum number of participants in each course is 8.
The course takes about 3 hours.
If you buy a Big Green Egg from us, you will receive a gift voucher for the course with your purchase.
After completing the course, you will receive a digital recipe compendium with all the goodies we cooked.

In case of rain, the course date will be postponed. This will be decided on the same day and communicated by phone and/or email.

Information on allergies:
Some of the recipes on the course contain gluten, so this also means that there is gluten in the kitchen, although not all recipes contain gluten per se. We also use onions in all forms and varieties, as well as legumes.
If you have any allergies that we should take into account, please let us know at the time of booking and we will see how we can best solve it.

Price and registration
A course with us costs SEK 1700 per person.

Drinks during the course are ordered at your own discretion and paid for before leaving on the day of the course.

All courses can be combined with an overnight stay at our small farm hotel, we then have a combination price.
